ARTWORK INFO - Pitt River at Dusk
This painting depicts the dusk light as the sky just starts to turn orange and the mountains turn from blue to periwinkle purple. The grassy fields have a fresh green glow and the scene is framed by dark deciduous trees on either side. This in an impressionistic style painting characterized by expressive brushstrokes.
